Train Charging Point Complaint: When someone travels by train in India, he gets many facilities inside the train, which makes the journey of that passenger easy. A washroom facility is available on the train. Apart from this, passengers get food in some trains. Blankets, pillows, and sheets are also provided by the railways in all the coaches of Third AC, Second AC, and First AC.

Many people use their electronic devices on the train. To charge them, charging points are provided by the railways in all the coaches. But many times the charging points are not working, due to which passengers face problems. If the charging point installed in your coach is also not working, then you can complain. Railways will provide help immediately.

You can call on the railway helpline.

If you are traveling in a train. And the charging point installed near you is not working. In such a situation you may have to face trouble. It is possible that your phone gets discharged and you are neither able to make any call nor get any information. But if you complain about that charging point in time.

Then you will also charge your phone and avoid inconvenience. For this, you have to call on the helpline number 139 of Indian Railways. And you have to tell about your complaint. After your complaint is registered, the charging point installed near you will be repaired by the Railways.

You can also complain to the TTE

Suppose there is no network in the train. Or your phone is switched off. And in such a situation you are not able to call on the helpline number. Then you can go to the Train Ticket Examiner i.e. TTE present in the train. There you have to tell the TTE about the whole situation. After this the TTE will forward your complaint. After this, a technician from the railway will be sent to the next station to fix your charging point. Apart from this, you can also directly reach your complaint to the Indian Railways on social media platforms.
